1 Shock news!  Kashkari doesn't understand the difference between infinite and unlimited.  Also, how does inflation even like, you know, work?

3 Obviously whatever standard that Apple is screwing with needs to be forked.

Also, Apple execs perhaps ought to be roasted over a fire of lithium ion batteries; of course after an appropriate trial.

Well, there is mathematical infinity, and engineering infinity.  Engineering infinity includes large finite numbers.

The delay in reducing value of a currency is human behavior, so it probably takes non-zero finite time, so theoretically, there is a delay from Quintilian dollars bills being printed, and them being worthless.  but, in practice, actions of certain sorts that the US government does not announce well in advance tend to be regarded as lawless.  As a result, Quintilian dollar bills would become worthless before being printed, and perhaps before the sourcing of the paper could be finalized.

OTOH, for example, paying back or writing off the student loans is a debate of academic interest, because the money was deemed into existence, and we have already paid a collective cost in inflation.

I think designing a parody Quintilian dollar bill is maybe appropriate as a response.  Biden's wrinkly old decaying ass on front, some sort of rant on the back.

4 Reading the SSL article, Google's already planning to force the issue with Chrome rejecting certs longer than 90 days, so Apple competes by cutting that in half, which means we should be down to a week by 2026.

I'm so old I remember when "experts" thought the solution to password security was to force you to change them frequently, right as you're trying to log in to get work done...

Apple pies are delicious. But never mind apple pies. What colour is a green orange?
