1 a) longer term = common core is hot garbage (aka Johnny's teachers are communists)

b ) 'minorities hardest hit' is a fairly generic statement.  It still aligned with some very central observations and conclusions.

b i) when you screw over everyone, you screw over the poor and historically disadvantaged worse. 

Sometimes the poor that you screw over is a white dude, who comes from a poor family because his family was mentally ill, and made very poor financial decisions.  Sometimes he actually fails less badly than everyone else, because he is used to everyone around him being insane, and non-functional.  Sometimes he fails as badly or worse, because he was relying on support network folks who were sane prior to clown world.  The tedious rote thinkers who were lecturing us all the time about how bad blacks have it now because of some neighborhoods were burned down a hundred years ago really should not have done any of the things that they did in 2020 through current day. 

b ii) CRT is absolutely going to result in academic 'remedies' that hurt racial minorities at least as badly as they hurt whites.  At best, CRT remedy thinking is from morons who do not know what they know, or what they are doing.  At worst, it is an excuse used to do a crappy job of teaching blacks, etc, and to justify that crappy job.  Some of the pushback against CRT is black parents who don't like being defrauded wrt their children being instructed.

c) a lot of the 'multi-disciplinary' is non-sense

c i) lots of instructional programs are rote thinking morons, trying to get young /basic/ learners skilled at stuff that is too advanced, and tends to require an older student with a more mature academic foundation.  These people often neither understand the material nor prodigy nor how advanced skill people got their skills.  And a few rare freaks are not a method that you can replicate at broad scale by using instructors and administrators who are rote thinking morons.

c ii) these particular programs sound like people with no understanding of how to teach the skills.  It also sounds like they are trying to shoehorn in the fields that the tertiary 'scholars' made fairly ill-relevant because they spent decades using critical theory to rape the whole theoretical body of those fields.   (My view on certain fields of 'scholarship' is that the light novel of Goblin Slayer apparently makes the goblins seem a lot like certain academics.)
