My AI psychiatrist technology is perfectly acceptable, if we presume that the desired outcome is indefinitely confining vagrants and Harris voters. We had the option of training a neural network on the Judge Dredd comics, or just making up a bunch of nonsense and putting it in Excel, and the latter is less legally problematic.
