I Am Chaos The End Of Ends Edition

Top Story

  • A million people have left Twitter for competitor Bluesky since the election.

A million of the most annoying people on Twitter.

Bluesky is getting what it deserves.  (Twitter)

The tech is fine, but the people running Bluesky are the same ones Elon Musk fired from the Trust and Safety team the day he took charge.  They are all-in on censorship, and so are the people now flocking to the platform.

And since there are no conservatives to fight, they are fighting each other.

Content reports have soared by 4000% as they lash out at everyone and everything, and in a truly beautiful turnaround, the most committed lefties are getting permanently banned for claiming the election was stolen.

1 Is that Twitter link supposed to be about a Lego mech?

2 Yah, I think you meant this.

3 That's pretty funny, yeah.

4 So this BlueSky operation sounds like a sort of roach motel for online Leftists -  irritating Progs enter, but then disembowel one another for the rest of Eternity.

5 In fairness, based on the "right-wing" echo chambers I've been part of, they have their downsides too:  like lots of lames reposts of cat videos.  Which, when you really think about it, is just as bad as swatting.

6 I had the surreal experience of having one of friends tell me how much better BlueSky was than Twitter/X because it had the functionality of old Twitter.  There might be a point in that, but I guess that is what you get when the Loony Left is not an issue for you.

7 I'm not a fan of the change that you can't see any replies to a tweet (or a person's timeline in general) if you're not logged in, but if I need such, I'll just go to Nitter, xcancel.com, or something like that.
I appreciate every leftist who goes to Bluesky so they can censor each other there instead of where I have to see them.

8 It's really funny that all the artists are going to BlueSky because they don't want to be scraped for Grok, but BlueSky leaves them open to scraping from EVERY crawler, which doesn't even have to be logged in.

9 Legal Mindset did a segment on BlueSky's term of service and yup, anyone thinking that BlueSky is better for their IP is in for a real BIG surprise.

Apple pies are delicious. But never mind apple pies. What colour is a green orange?
