Worked with developers who were idiots(nothing like working overtime to fix their brilliant ideas after they've gone home, so the product is finished before they come back), and I've worked for bosses who were idiots. The higher the level, the bigger the screw-up, and the more it affects the entire company. Is there something in the water at all the places producing MBAs nowadays?

I strongly suspect that a lot of tertiary schools are deeply screwed up right now. I would suspect that the more of a graduate program a place has, the more vulnerable is it.
