At the stroke of midnight - well, to be specific, 4 years, 206 days, and 16 hours after they are first turned on - certain models with certain firmware revisions will turn into pumpkins. Which could easily take out your entire RAID array all at once.
Disclaimer: Even if you like pumpkin, it has no place in your server room.

First world problems: I've been using a Corsair Scimitar mouse, the one with the little keypad on the side, for years. Last week I got a new mouse for my other computer, a PC Glorious Gaming Race Model O, and stuck it on my main computer for a few days to try it out. It's significantly narrower than my Scimitar and now the latter is uncomfortable to use.

TechDirt are left-libertarian, which means they live in a state of perpetual befuddlement. When the libertarian part comes to the fore they can be worthwhile.
