Interesting issue. Using the Dissenter/Chromium browser, the HTML editor opens up with the buttons off the bottom of the pop-up window. (Also still getting a weird distribution of div tags, usually NOT around the first paragraph, and sometimes getting them around line breaks, which is what I was editing since it makes my paragraph breaks weird sizes.).
