4 Given how the Cold War might have turned hot within a few years of it starting, over Yugoslavia (Yes, it is coming from John Schneider but his article on it actually appears plausible.), the premise of the article (Do I really want to read it?) is completely absurd.

And regarding Samsung's DRAM factory - that sounds right up there with the chip factory that lost a couple months of wafer production due to a power failure from a few months ago.
