  That comes with a motherboard, a 3000W power supply, and an open-frame case which is perfect if you plan to put it inside another case.  All of it over the top - the motherboard for example supports up to nine M.2 SSDs - but given the absurd prices the 5090 is going for now not actually a bad deal.  Comparatively.  In absolute terms it is absolutely awful.
