Space rocks.
- The creator of said Kamala Harris AI parody has sued California over its law banning the creation of Kamala Harris AI parodies, noting that the law not only violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments, but wipes its bum with them and then blows its nose on what remains. (Politico)
Newsom spokesperson Izzy Gardon said in a statement that Kohls had already labeled the post as a parody on X.
At time of writing, there are zero major social networks headquartered in Alabama."Requiring them to use the word "parody" on the actual video avoids further misleading the public as the video is shared across the platform," Gardon said. "It's unclear why this conservative activist is suing California. This new disclosure law for election misinformation isn’t any more onerous than laws already passed in other states, including Alabama."

Ah, so it's going to be whataboutism as a defense.

Frenz, there is totally a reasonable justification for these other wise capricious and alarmist stories and laws about deepfakes.
All of the videos you have seen Kamala Harris are deepfakes. They are prepared using a comedian, Bibi Duyureallywannatrustameeya, who is well known in her native India, as well as an advanced AI technology called a filter.
Have you ever seen 'Kamala Harris' in person? There you go, she is a fake, and does not actually exist.
The real person being elected as 'Kamala Harris' is Adolph Hitler. It's like Boys From Brazil, Bullworth, or Crocodile Dundee, except Canada and with very terrible drag.
Some would even say the worst drag. Hitler makes a very unpersuasive woman, he never shaves his mustache. A long wig and a potato sack does not make for even competent drag.
Hitler as Harris is a very articulate man, just crazier than a donut box full of rabid mangy lousy rats. Duyureallywannatrustameeya is less articulate in her amazing depiction of a mediocre wannabe intellectual who fried her brains with weed and cocaine.
The Californian legislature is just jealous of the 'Harris' deep fakes, and what those could mean for the electoral prospects of Mr. Hitler, who represents the highest and most intellectual ambitions and achievements of the Democratic Party. Previously, the California legislature had commissioned Hollywood to use previous generation AI to generate the 'George Floyd' deepfake that framed the innocent Chauvin, in order to burn down poor black neighborhoods, and help fraud in cadaver man. The California legislature does not like that the advanced AI technology of filters can be carried out on any cellphone.
For more plausibly expert analysis of AI issues, you should probably get government to give me a lot of money through some university. Or instead spend it on beer and fast women. (Fast women like the Missouri Synod Lutherans have.) Government university grants, or beer and women. One of the two would not be a waste of money.
But seriously folks, the UK's problem is that two tier Kier was 'misinformed' by the geniuses at his law schools, and Thierry Breton does not want to be hung by the people of Europe after they accurately perceive him.
