That comes with a motherboard, a 3000W power supply, and an open-frame case which is perfect if you plan to put it inside another case. All of it over the top - the motherboard for example supports up to nine M.2 SSDs - but given the absurd prices the 5090 is going for now not actually a bad deal. Comparatively. In absolute terms it is absolutely awful.

IIRC that 3000W power supply, to be usable in the US, would require you to plug into two different circuits.

Or just unplug your clothes dryer. For what it's worth, that also won't run off a standard Australian outlet (230V 10A).

IIRC American regular 120V circuits are normally limited to 1500W or so due to the standard circuit breaker, so same situation as you but different numbers.
