The only problem here is that Intel sells 13th generation cores as 14th generation, and 12th generation cores as 13th generation, so while they're not wrong, they are certainly hypocrites.

As someone who is type A and has always had high blood pressure I used to be able to drink coffee and tomato juice (saltier than you think!) no problem.
After a bout with Corona that changed and I feel dizzy after tomato juice and can feel a definite brain fog after a half cup of coffee. After a large cup I feel terrible until the following day.

There were two times in my life when I had Too Much Caffeine. The first was in high school when I was helping teach a summer computer class for another school district, drank can after can of Coke to keep my throat from drying out, then drank a Super Big Gulp on my way to my martial arts class. Halfway through warmups, my body began to shake uncontrollably and I had to sit down for about 20 minutes.
The other time was my first year in college, the only time I ever took No-Doz (which I washed down with a Super Big Gulp, of course). I was up for three days, and my roommates wanted to kill me.
Decades later, I'm still in the habit of having one last coffee or soda before bed...
