skeptics may include the hellish bureaucrats that the EU thinks didn't largely kill off a lot of its software capacity. (Preston Byrne is saying that the UK is talking about making a liability law that could be pretty bad for open source. Preston Byrne is pushing shield laws, and I wonder if shielding only the US could kill several of the init alternatives to systemd.)
