1 Ah, Elite...One of those games that I really wanted and still want to play, but could never do, either at all or for any long period of time.  The original Elite had a copyright protection that I lost along the way, never got most of the others, Frontiers: Elite had controls that were too clunky for me, and Elite: Dangerous had a Kickstarter that was denominated in British pounds that I was suspicious of.

Fortunately, years before it was cool, Ian Bell had most of the early releases available for free download at his website, so that was nice.

2 French link tax:  there was a time that would've annoyed me.  No longer, though. I hope more countries chisel some of Google's profits away.
