I just tried starting up 50,000 threads in Python under WSL1 and it turns out you can't - looks like a 32k thread limit by default. That looks like it's either WSL or just limits.conf, rather than Windows, because I was watching YouTube while I did that and it wasn't fazed in the least.
On the other hand, before I could finish writing this post, the Chrome tab crashed under the weight of the YouTube chat feed.

I was doing a post on the AutoKeyCard story when I blundered into your mention of the Sky Global nonsense. This seems to now not be so much a stupid and worrisome incident as a very disturbing trend.

It would be fun to see apple grovel over the "only racists assume asians can't tell the difference between l and r". I mean, it would be more fun to see them forced into bankrupcy and their horrible employees sold into slavery and Tim Cook's eyes being eaten by crows, but I'll take what I can get.
