- LG's new Vervet is out, at least in Korea. (AnandTech)
It has a Snapdragon 765, a 6.8" 2460*1080 AMOLED display, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, wireless charging, headphone jack, fingerprint reader, and microSD card. USB C, three rear cameras, 5G, 4300 mAh battery.
And Wacom pen support.
Not the very fastest CPU, but ticks all the feature boxes.
- The best integrated graphics money can buy. (Tom's Hardware)
Totally not worth it though.
- TechDirt is drunk again, ranting at invisible ninjas or something.
- Google has unified all of its messaging apps under a single team to make it easier to cancel them. (The Verge)
- Go is still hipster COBOL. (ZDNet)
It does get the job done, though, like COBOL and unlike hipsters.
- Write libraries, not frameworks.
Unless you have twenty developers and corporate backing.
Disclaimer: And probably even then.

Why is it that there's always some soy boy mugging painfully in that certain class of videos? I just can't bring myself to watch a video with a thumbnail like that.
As an analogy, there's a bagel shop on my way to work that is run by one of those swimmingly amazing, tough-as-nails asian ladies. The bagels are great, really top-notch stuff. Pretty much everybody in town likes the shop and the owner. It's even on the correct side of the road in the way in, so I don't have to turn across traffic. But they use a "z" in place of an "s" in the store name, and I just can't bring myself to be seen going in.

If you're talking about the Linux video, the short answer is "clickbait."
