- The difference betwen the Ryzen 3 3100 and 3300X. (WCCFTech)
The 3100 has two active cores per CCX, while the 3300X has four cores in a single CCX. So assuming they're salvaged cores, it's all down to the distribution of flaws on the die. Having a single active CCX gives lower latency and apparently higher clocks.

I notice my phone's battery report often showing a huge percentage of my power going to bluetooth, and I don't even USE it. Sometimes, even after I explicitly turn it off.

I just went to check my power stats and was reminded I can't because I disabled the settings app after the story a few months ago, but now I'm glad I mentioned it because while trying to find a link to a story about it I found one that said the data sharing with some Chinese company was removed, so I can turn it back on, if I can find the app name and the right command.
