That rating isn't on your five-level scale.
Lawson says it's his favorite series of the summer season. I don't see how it can be all bad given the purple chibi with the battle axe. (And the duct tape.)

I haven't got to the purple chibi yet. But yeah, while it's definitely an absurdist show, it's actually good. So far, anyway.
