I included Himouto Umaru-chan on my list of 58 Anime Shows You Should Watch before getting to the second season.  Then I wondered if it really ranks that highly.  Then I watched the second season.

Netflix: Erased

Erased, a.k.a. Boku Dake ga Inai Machi, is one of my favourite anime shows of the past couple of years.  Beautifully animated, tightly scripted, perfectly acted, and emotionally intense.
