I didn't know they were called Otamatones, so to find this again I googled for "toy saxophone with a face". It worked.

It's Japanese, of course. I think the ones in both videos are the Deluxe models.
I first experienced the wonder of the otamatone about a year ago, which is when I first heard the story that they were created to be the most annoying musical instrument ever. After hearing that first video a year ago, I believed it.

Sunless Skies
Sunless Sea, the game of tramp steamers and eldritch horror, is getting a sequel: Sunless Skies.
Well duh the sky will be sunless if you go around murdering them.
The best moment I had in Sunless Sea was when I was sailing over a reef, then noticed that the reef was perfectly circular, then realised it was a closed eye... And then the eye opened. An eye dozens of times larger than my entire ship.
I didn't die, that time.
Sunless Skies had a Kickstarter that I missed, but they got 377% of their target anyway, so all is good and I'll buy it as soon as it comes out.

How The Australian Tree Lobster Got Its Groove Back
I saw this fascinating story a few years ago, but had forgotten it. Definitely worth a read.
Warning: Linked article contains pictures of tree lobsters. If you are daunted by the concept of a tree lobster, don't click the link. They're pretty much what you would expect.

I've played PM 2 before in the translated by unreleased version, but it's good to see them getting a legitimate release that doesn't require fiddling about with DOSBOX.
