1 Pixy, there appears to be a commenting issue, I keep getting 500 errors trying to comment at Wonderduck's, and this post shows a count of 4 comments but none visible...

6 Looks like a problem with Akismet - not sure yet if it's on our side or theirs.  Anyway, I fixed the error handling, so that if there's a problem with Akismet you can still comment.  It might be slow (if Akismet times out), but it will work.

7 Pixinator, I just got SPAMslammed.  I saved 'em for you to laugh at, but could the Akismet change have something to do with 'em gettin' through?

11 Thanks, I've zapped that spammer now.  I'll take a closer look at the Akismet interface today and see what's gone wrong.
