Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics are free on GOG through tomorrow.  They might not be available at all after the end of the year, so grab them now!

1 Why would they cease being available?

2 I had to look up the details.  Interplay developed the original Fallout games, but sold the rights later to Bethesda, who then developed Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.  (Which have been significant commercial success for Bethesda.)

There has since been a legal battle between Interplay and Bethesda over the older titles, and the terms of the final settlement mean that Interplay have to stop distributing the original games on December 31 2013.  There's no evidence that Bethesda have any interest in continuing those sales, so the best bet is to grab them now!
