Bottled Pointlessness

I bought a bottle of reduced-salt soy sauce.

Turns out, the main flavour of soy sauce is salt.

1 Salt is also the primary preservative. Normal soy sauce can be left at room temperature, but I bet that stuff has to be refrigerated.
