PHP: all that means is Microsoft won't be building it themselves, instead letting others do it: "This message means Microsoft aren't going to produce official builds for PHP 8 onwards."

The WeWork announcement, as far as I can tell, is "Companies don't know how their need for office space will shake out in the next 6-18 months, so they're renting space from us as a stopgap. Therefore we're going to be profitable from now on."
